Our Board vacancy closes at 9am, Monday 21 July 2025: could you or someone you know be a perfect fit?
We’re a charitable community benefit society that owns, manages, and maintains over 19,000 homes across Bolton, Greater Manchester, and the North West. Our goal is to create homes and communities we can all be proud of.
We’re committed to our communities, investing in development, regeneration, and support projects. We’re also focused on expanding our reach, acquiring more properties, and providing more opportunities for our customers.
As a board member, you’ll help set our long-term strategic direction, support business planning, and oversee risk monitoring.
We’re particularly interested in those with experience in strategic asset investment and/or property development. Insight into the social housing sector is a plus, but we’re open to those from comparably regulated and customer-focused sectors.
