Struggling with bills? We’ll do what we can to help

Through our Revenue Services and Money Advice Team- we work to help you avoid or resolve financial problems, live with peace of mind and find ways for you to save and gain.

The Housing Quality Network (HQN) recently reaccredited us for maximising customers' income and maintaining tenancies. Their audit included asking for feedback from a customer focus group and we’re pleased to have maintained national approval for our customer-first approach to income management.

It’s more important that you know we’re here for you and encourage you to contact us in confidence if you’re struggling with your next rent payment, are worried about welfare changes or would like to see if you’re eligible for any entitlements or allowances that you might be missing out on.

Every day- we support households at risk of financial crisis, work to help people stay in their home and put more money in customers’ pockets.

Income management isn’t just about collecting rent to run the business and provide services. It’s about doing this in a caring way and offering the right support at the right time. The accredited status is evidence of this and hopefully it can give you some confidence to reach out to us if needed.

More about the Housing Quality Network and accreditation

The HQN was established in 1997 and provides advice, support and training to housing associations, councils and other housing providers to promote industry best practice.

Holding the HQN accreditation for income management shows that an organisation operates efficiently, effectively and economically to deliver an excellent service to tenants.

It also shows an organisation delivers a value for money service, giving its tenants and other stakeholders peace of mind that it is delivering its objectives.
