Transform & Achieve returns in 2021! - Customer Training Programme

This amazing course is back again, only this time it’s online!  The Transform and Achieve course is FREE to anyone living in Bolton and will give you a boost at this challenging time, particularly if you are looking for a job. The course consists of bite sized workshops for you to access online daily at 11:30am – 1pm (Monday to Friday). 

You can start at any time from 1 February 2021 and the course will run until 11 June 2021.

You choose which sessions you want to attend and you can attend as many or as few as you like! You will learn:

 

  • How to sell and present yourself effectively at interview
  • How to create a positive impact and influence people
  • Interview skills
  • Skills for successful relationships (work & personal)
  • How to handle difficult interactions in a way that enables you to walk away with your self-esteem & confidence intact

Doing these online sessions helps me address different areas of my life through self-awareness and practicing better thought processes and looking after my physical health.

They've given me a routine and sense of self-worth. Getting to know new people and learning/using my new skills show me that I can become an effective participant in society again, and now I feel that I have never actually lost that ability. I just needed structured and focused help to get through my difficulties.

I'm so pleased I have improved my self-management and reconnected with my inner self.

The sessions have helped with many areas, firstly I was able to find an answer to some questions that needed to be answered for me to be able to end my counselling. This came about by completing an activity on one of the psychology T&A sessions.

From the money coaching sessions, I have also started to keep a proper record of my finances.

I had in the past applied to the DWP (twice) and had not been successful, I spotted another post and was in two minds as to whether to apply for it. On the run up to the closing date, I joined a T&A session entitled “Learning from the moment”. After the session I decided I would apply for the job.

I was offered an interview, and by then the T&A group of customers had all got to know each other and I found I got a lot of encouragement and advice for my interview. I attended a T&A session and used the advice and breathing techniques I'd been told about when I felt nervous at the interview.

I have now been offered a provisional DWP position as a DWP Work Coach with an expected start date in January 2021!

I have found the support of the group since telling them about the job really helpful, my anxiety has been creeping up but I have been able to notice and put things in place like using meditation, exercising and lots of positive self-talk.

I've been able to use all of the skills and I'm looking forward to taking these into the world of work.

FREE on-line course on how to be confident in customer service and complaints handling.

Attend our training to boost your CV to provide you with more job opportunities.

Our FREE course, which will be delivered on-line via Microsoft Teams, is designed to:

  • Show you how to be more confident and to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Help you to be more confident in understanding what a complaint is and the reasons behind customer complaints.
  • Make you more employable and attractive to employers.
  • Give you the skills and confidence to deliver excellent customer service and to deal with customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Make you feel more confident in making a positive first impression.
  • Show you how to listen effectively in order to resolve complaints.

This 6-hour course is run over 3 consecutive days 10am-12pm.
