Confidence Building course - Customer Training Programme

Attend our training to help you feel more confident!

This FREE course, which will be delivered on-line via Microsoft Teams, is designed to show you how to manage stress, anxiety and build confidence through participating in some relaxation techniques and mood boosting activities.

The course will cover:

  • Understanding anxiety & stress
  • Identifying stressors
  • Building a healthy self esteem
  • Identifying areas for change
  • Facing your fears
  • Prioritising & setting goals
  • Making a difference

This 3-hour course is run over 3 consecutive days from 10am – 12:30pm each day. Please note: You will need either a laptop, tablet or smart phone to attend this on-line course. Help will be provided to access Microsoft Teams.

Be Confident with Interviews FREE one-day online course - Customer Training Programme

Attend our training to help YOU get the job!

Our completely FREE 'Be Confident with Interviews' course will be delivered via Microsoft Teams and is designed to help build your confidence for interviews to multiply your chances of getting and succeeding at your dream job.

The course will cover:

  • Preparing for your interview
  • Making a positive first impression
  • Skillset versus mindset
  • Different types of interviews
  • STAR technique

FREE one-day First Aid course (Level 3) - Customer Training Programme

First aid training could be the most important course you’ve ever taken.

In the event of an emergency, you’ll have the knowledge and confidence to deliver potentially life-saving assistance.

This is a full day course from 9:30am – 4:30pm. Please bring your lunch.

Health and safety training will give you an awareness of workplace dangers that can threaten your health and safety and will help you to reduce workplace accidents and injuries.

This is a full day course from 9:30am – 4:30pm.

Customer Service & Complaints Handling - Customer Training Programme

FREE on-line course on how to be confident in customer service and complaints handling.

Attend our training to boost your CV to provide you with more job opportunities.

Our FREE course, which will be delivered on-line via Microsoft Teams, is designed to:

  • Show you how to be more confident and to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Help you to be more confident in understanding what a complaint is and the reasons behind customer complaints.
  • Make you more employable and attractive to employers.
  • Give you the skills and confidence to deliver excellent customer service and to deal with customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Make you feel more confident in making a positive first impression.
  • Show you how to listen effectively in order to resolve complaints.
