Interested in repairs and maintenance roles?

You can always find our latest job opportunities in our vacancies portal at www.boltonathome.org.uk/jobs, together with benefits of working here and examples of people developing in their careers with us.
We want experienced and motivated professionals to join us in a variety of roles as we work to meet people’s housing needs.
We’ll advertise new vacancies over the coming weeks, so please check our portal regularly.
We support tenants to live in safe and comfortable homes through approx. 50,000 repairs and maintenance home visits in a typical year.
Our technical services span responding to tenants’ repair needs, turning empty properties into lettable homes, carrying out gas and electric safety works, delivering planned improvements, assessing damp and condensation, cleaning and tidying areas, administering work, and much more.
Since the pandemic began, we know many of you have waited for a routine repair due to circumstances beyond our control and as we had to prioritise emergency and essential repairs. Thank you again for your patience and understanding.
We’ve formed a dedicated Backlog Team and begun clearing the highest priority repairs that had to be delayed. There’ll be opportunities to apply to join our Backlog Team, so please keep checking the vacancies portal.
Working to create homes and neighbourhoods we can all be proud of.
