Video: how we’ll deal with reports of antisocial behaviour in your neighbourhood

Video: how we’ll deal with reports of antisocial behaviour in your neighbourhood

No one should have to put up with antisocial behaviour, which is why we’ll always take your report seriously.

Following a suggestion from our Group Customer Scrutiny Panel, here’s a short video from John Molloy (Head of our Neighbourhood Safety and Enforcement Service) to talk through:

  • examples of things we class as antisocial behaviour or tenancy breaches;
  • how and when you should report antisocial behaviour to us (remember that serious crimes should be reported to the Police using 999);
  • what happens after you’ve reported something to us;
  • and more.

Remember: if you’re experiencing any issues with antisocial behaviour, or have any concerns about how were dealing with these issues, please phone us on 01204 328000, email us at info@boltonathome.org.uk, or tap www.boltonathome.org.uk/tackling-asb for more information. Thank you.

At any time, we’d encourage you to familiarise yourself with our Antisocial Behaviour and Enforcement Policy. It’s not a bunch of rules on a page, it’s an open book on what we can do within our powers to help tackle some of the disruptions and serious concerns that might arise in neighbourhoods, with some facts that might surprise you. You can find it on our website: www.boltonathome.org.uk/tackling-asb.

We’d like to say a special thanks to our Group Customer Scrutiny Panel, who thought a short video to explain our Neighbourhood Safety and Enforcement Service works would be useful. For more information all the ways you can be involved in what we do, please visit: www.boltonathome.org.uk/be-involved.
