Set up a Direct Debit

You can pay your rent by Direct Debit weekly (52 installments) or monthly (12 installments). Payments will automatically vary if your payment goes up or down.
To set up a Direct Debit, download the form below and return it to us.
You'll need the following information:
- Name and full postal address of your bank or building society.
- Account number & sort code.
- Your rent reference which you can find on your rent statement.
Please return your completed form to: Debit Control Section, Bolton at Home, 98 Waters Meeting Road, Bolton, BL1 8SW.
Don't have a bank account?

If you don't have a bank account, please contact our Money Advice Team on 01204 328000 and we will assist you.
We can provide you with the best options, help you to complete application forms and supporting documentation.

Please note: If you receive benefits, you'll need a Bank or Building Society account to receive Universal Credit payments.

Why pay by Direct Debit?

Direct Debits are simple and once set up, payments will automatically be paid out of your bank account - meaning its one less thing for you to worry about!
You can set this for any day between the 1st and the 28th of each month.
You can also choose what date of the month to make your payment and also if you want payments to be weekly or monthly.
