Attention Careline customers
We want to alert you to a scam targeting our valued Careline users. Some of our customers have reported receiving phone calls from someone claiming to be from Careline, asking for bank details to upgrade equipment. Please know that our Careline colleagues would NEVER ask for your bank details over the phone.
If you receive such a call, please do not share any personal information and report the incident to us immediately. Many thanks to those who have.
Important reminder: as part of the ongoing digital switchover, your telecom provider will contact you about moving your landline to a digital system. If you’ve already been upgraded and we haven’t updated your alarm equipment, please let us know by email to careline@boltonathome.org.uk or by phone on 01204 335733.
