Awarded our Greater Manchester Good Employment Charter accreditation
On Monday 7 October, we were formally presented with our Greater Manchester Good Employment Charter accreditation by the Mayor of Greater Manchester, Andy Burnham. This follows our acceptance as a charter member on Tuesday 3 September, highlighting our dedication to providing a supportive and inclusive workplace.
Our Group Chief Executive Officer, Noel Sharpe, and Group Director of People, Debra Woodcock, accepted the award, marking our commitment to good employment practices. The event in Manchester featured insightful discussions on employment and awards presented to 15 recently accredited members.
