Don't miss out on free shopping vouchers from us (Resident Voices Channel)
If you aren’t already a member of our Resident Voices Channel, you’ll be missing out on free shopping vouchers from us. Here’s how to make sure you don’t miss out on any more:
1. Become a member of Resident Voices Channel by visiting www.boltonathome.org.uk/resident-voices-channel. We do have eligibility criteria, but it’ll only take a few minutes to check and apply.
2. Once you’ve joined, we’ll send you quick and easy online surveys (when they’re available) that’ll invite you to share your opinions, ideas, and feedback on our services. Previous surveys have covered topics like:
- how we offer support to tenants thinking about downsizing (moving into a smaller property),
- how we use our social media channels,
- our repairs and maintenance service,
- local environmental issues,
- and more.
3. You’ll be rewarded with shopping vouchers each year (up to £50 if you complete most of our surveys) as a thanks for sharing your thoughts. We promise completing our surveys won’t take long, and you can do so from the comfort of your own home.
