Have you heard about Lever Gardens Court?
Due to complete later this year, it’s our brand new, enhanced Extra Care** scheme in Little Lever where residents can enjoy the comfort of living in their own home while benefitting from a bespoke care package that’ll:

balance your independence with just the right level of care/support to manage on your own- whether it’s a few hours a week, or daily visits from our on-site teams (some care/ support may be provided at an extra cost); Subject to a care needs assessment.

provide you with a 24-hour emergency response service- so you can live with confidence knowing there’ll always be someone on-site to help;
-
and ensure a professional service from a team of qualified, experienced people.
There’s plenty to get up to on-site, too:

if you fancy watching a film/TV or catching-up with others, you can head down to our residents’ lounge (and grab a hot drink from our bistro-café on the ground floor while you’re there),
-
enjoy a gentle stroll in our beautifully landscaped gardens,
-
and- if you have one- safely store your mobility scooter in our designated scooter ‘parking’/charging room (subject to availability).
It doesn’t stop there, though. If you enjoy social activities, you can get involved in activities and other events organised by our dedicated Activities Co-Ordinator.
We have 62 apartments each fitted with a modern kitchen, fitted bathroom, spacious living area, one or two bedrooms and either a balcony or terrace- all located in the centre of Little Lever with access to most local amenities just a stone’s throw away.
Weekly rent and service charges for the apartments will range from around £308-£320 a week (collected over a 48 week period and subject to finalising costs), and you could apply for a brand new home at Lever Gardens Court if you:

and need some support or care to live on your own.
