From Thursday 16 January, general customer and visitor parking at our Valley House office will be unavailable until Monday 3 February 2025. Disabled parking spaces will remain accessible.
During this time, more of our team will be working at Valley House to support each other as we introduce a new IT housing management system. Being together will help us make this change as smooth as possible.
We understand this may cause inconvenience, but this temporary change is necessary to ensure our staff have the tools and support they need to help you.
If you have an appointment or need to visit, we recommend parking in the extra spaces we’ve arranged at the car park near the old Frankie and Benny’s unit, across from Cineworld.
Please also check for any parking restrictions in the area to avoid potential fines.
If you require a disabled parking space at Valley House, please let us know in advance and we’ll prioritise your request to ensure availability as best as we can.
Our new system will bring more housing and tenancy information into one place, helping us assist you faster and more effectively. While we adjust to the new system, there may be some minor delays if you contact us. We appreciate your patience as we work through these changes.
