Important update for Valley House visitors

Important update for Valley House visitors

We want to let you know of an upcoming change. From Friday 12 January until the end of March, our Valley House office, including reception, will be closed on Fridays.

Why this change?

We understand that changes can bring concerns, and we want to assure you this decision is made with your best interests in mind.

Fridays at Valley House have seen very few customer visits compared to other days of the week. By closing on our quietest day, we can minimise disruption and make cost savings so we can continue to invest in homes and provide services for you.

How to reach us

Despite the office closure, support services remain available.

Our Contact Centre will be at your service throughout the week via phone (01204 328000), email (info@boltonathome.org.uk), Facebook messaging, and you can use the webchat at www.boltonathome.org.uk.

If you prefer traditional mail, you can still write to us at Bolton at Home, 98 Waters Meeting Road, Bolton BL1 8SW.

Emergency repairs

For emergency repairs on Fridays, please contact us by phone. On other weekdays, you can report emergencies by phone or in person.

Emergency repairs can be reported at any time by phone.

Face-to-face appointments at Valley House

If you need an in-person appointment at Valley House, we’ll be focusing these between Mondays and Thursdays.

UCAN centres

Our network of UCAN centres and pop-up UCAN centres will maintain regular opening times. For details, visit www.boltonathome.org.uk/ucan.
