Can you believe Christmas is just around the corner? Here are our opening arrangements over the festive period:

24 December 2024:

Full service as normal

25 December to 1 January 2025:

Limited service including:

• Emergency repairs
• Urgent antisocial behaviour reports
• Automated rent payments

 

From 5.30pm on 24 December through to 8.00am on the 2 January, Facebook and X will not be monitored. 

Webchat will be monitored on 27 and 30 December between 9am and 3.30pm only

Valley House main reception will be closed from 12pm on 24 December and reopens at 8.45am on 2 January

New Bury/ Tonge Moor/ Withins UCAN Centres:

Closed from Monday 23 December – reopens week commencing 6 January. Please check the website for opening times

Bolton UCAN Centre:

Closed from lunch Tuesday 24 December – reopens Thursday 2 January.

There will be changes to our opening times which will be shared on the website
