Our revised business plan: a road-map for the next few years
‘Our Plan’ outlines how we work to create homes and communities we can all be proud of.
While it’s not a brand new edition, we’ve recently updated some parts of our 2023-2028 plan with latest facts and figures to show our progress and commitment to transparency and customer satisfaction.
If you haven’t read it before, you might find it a useful source of information that covers:
- Who we are: what we aim to achieve and how safe and secure homes, customer and community support, business growth and a great employee experience are all at the heart of our objectives.
- Our journey ahead: as a dynamic document, we keep it up to date with information on our priorities and performance. We also review and refresh the plan every year to reflect how we adapt to the changing challenges and latest opportunities in our sector. Our next revision is due in spring 2024.
- Our response to the ongoing cost of living crisis and shortage of affordable housing: we explain how we balance our investments in core services and homes, provide essential support for those who need it most, and focus on delivering value for money.
