Valley House office update: permanent Friday closure
Since 12 January 2024, we’ve been closing the office on Fridays because not many people were visiting us on that day. This has helped us save money to invest more in your homes and keep our services running smoothly. This change has worked well, so we’ve decided to keep the Friday closure permanent. This means our Valley House office, including reception, will now be closed every Friday. Our services will still be running, please don’t worry, we’ll just be working from other places.

Emergency repairs
For emergency repairs on Fridays, please phone us. On other weekdays, you can report emergencies by phone or in person.
In-person drop-ins and appointments
If you need to see us in person at Valley House, we’re still available Monday to Thursday from 8:45am to 4:00pm.
