  • Summary: learn about the key legal areas for social housing providers, including what records they need to keep.

Online training session 6 – Social housing regulatory requirements

  • Date: Tuesday 21 January 2025
  • Time: 18:30 – 20:30
  • Summary: understand the rules and standards social housing providers must follow, including new changes starting April 2024.

Online training session 7 – Understanding landlord financial models

  • Date: Tuesday 4 February 2025
  • Time: 18:30 – 20:30
  • Summary: find out how social housing is funded, including how your rent and service charges are used.

Online training session 8 – Options for resident control
