We've published our Financial Statements for 2023/24
As part of our efforts to ensure transparency and compliance, we publish our Group Annual Report and Financial Statements* on our website each year
They provide an overview of our financial performance and activities during the last financial year, and chart how we've performed against our four organisational objectives, which are to:
- Provide safe and secure homes.
- Support our customers and communities.
- Continue to be well run, responsible, and financially secure.
- Promote an inclusive, diverse culture where everyone is accountable and respected.
As well as reporting our financial performance, including income, expenditure, and how we're managing risks, the statements also highlight the progress we've made in several areas. These include our ongoing efforts to involve customers in decision-making through initiatives like our Scrutiny Panels and Resident Voices Channel, the delivery of 252 new homes over the past year, our Money Advice Team's work to secure over £12.8 million in financial gains for our customers, and more.
The statements also outline the challenges and risks we continue to navigate. For example, we've been working hard to address high volumes of damp and mould reports by increasing our budgets and improving our processes. And we've continued to invest in the condition, safety, and energy efficiency of our existing properties, particularly in response to new building safety regulations, climate change, and the ongoing cost-of-living crisis.
We've also made significant progress in reducing the number of empty properties, but we recognise that there is still work to be done. We'll keep you updated on our progress.

*Please note that our Group Annual Report and Financial Statements document covers some of the same themes as our main Annual Report, which was launched separately on Monday 21 October 2024. However, our Group Annual Report and Financial Statements document has more of a focus on our financial performance (including income, expenditure, and risks) in the last financial year.
