Access the latest information on your building's safety
You can view a summary of the Building Safety Case Information for our high-rise buildings below:
It’s a legal requirement that we share key safety and building information about your block with you. We also share this information with the Building Safety Regulator, which oversees and ensures that buildings are safe for people to live in.
You can tap on one of our high-rise buildings below (these are at least seven stories, or 18 meters in height) to view a summary of key safety information. This includes:
- Building specifications (like the address, year built, construction material(s), number of floors, apartments, and staircases)
- A summary of the building's latest Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) (please contact us if you'd like to view the full Fire Risk Assessment for your building, or if your building isn't listed below)
- A summary of the regular/additional safety checks and inspections carried out at the building (including the type of check/inspection, the frequency, and who carries them out)
- Details on Structural Assessments, and External Wall Assessments (such as who carries them out, and how often)
- A link to our Resident Engagement Strategy for High-Risk Residential Buildings (which outlines our responsibilities under the Building Safety Act 2022, emphasising the importance of involving residents in our safety decisions, maintaining accurate safety information, and reporting incidents)

**What is a Fire Risk Assessment?
Our Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs) are completed by qualified assessors to identify potential fire risks for people and properties. They evaluate existing safety measures, assess the likelihood of a fire occurring, and consider the potential harm if it does.
Based on their findings, FRAs also provide recommendations to mitigate or eliminate identified risks. You can access a summary of the latest Fire Risk Assessment for each of our high-rise buildings below.
