We launched our Farnworth Focus project during Summer 2024. Based at 2 Hesketh House (where we deliver a 'Pop-Up UCAN Centre' service**), this project aims to bring targeted support from various Bolton at Home and partner services to communities in Farnworth.

In September and October 2024, we completed 'baseline surveys' with over 300 Farnworth residents. These surveys helped us to understand which issues were most important to local people — like the local environment, crime, cost of living issues, and repairs. Our Farnworth Focus colleagues and partners are now working hard to prioritise and respond to these issues through various events, initiatives, and community activities on these estates.
