Do you own an e-bike, e-scooter, mobility scooter, or similar battery-powered device - or plan on buying one? Make sure you're up to speed with our policy.
In this short video, we'll talk you through everything you need to know around safely storing and charging these battery-powered devices in your home- and why it's crucial these are NEVER stored in communal areas** (if your building has one).
We'll also talk you through the steps you should follow if you're a tenant and are planning on purchasing one of these battery-powered devices:
