- Resident Voices Channel (where you’ll receive shopping vouchers for sharing your views through online surveys)
- Group Operations Committee or Board (where members make sure that our frontline services are working to provide the best possible services for our customers)
- Group Customer Scrutiny Panel and Youth Scrutiny Panel (both of which ensure independent scrutiny of our housing services)
- Resident Building Safety Panel (where members work with us to ensure our buildings are as safe and accessible as possible)
