Reporting requirements as part of Shared Ownership and Affordable Housing Programme 2016 - 2021
Bolton at Home are part of the Shared Ownership and Affordable Housing Programme 2016-2021. As part of that framework contract we are required to publish spend on a quarterly basis for all expenditure that is in excess of £500 that relates to delivery of schemes which form part of the framework contract. This information is about items or services purchased by Bolton at Home that cost over £500.
We are publishing this information to be open about our spending and to improve access to our data as part of the Regulator of Social Housing requirements.
What does the data show?
The data shows a range of information including: the supplier name, amount of spend, a description of the spend and the New Build project.
What is not included?
- salaries
- refunds
- sensitive personal information
- any payments which may reveal details about an individual
- internal charges between different parts of Bolton at Home
All spend data has been reviewed internally prior to publication. Payments to certain individuals and suppliers cannot be disclosed as they are covered by Data Protection Act requirements. Where this is the case the individual or supplier name has been replaced with the words 'Redacted - personal data’.
Where applicable there are separate lines reflecting the VAT cost. From July 18 any non recoverable VAT payments are shown as part of the gross payment and not as a separate line.
